Program Objective:

The objective of this course is to equip participants with the necessary leadership techniques essential for effective team management and organizational success. Gain a comprehensive understanding of key leadership theories and styles and learn how to apply these concepts. The program will help to enhance participants ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, including techniques for active listening, providing constructive feedback, and managing conflicts.
